Private Lamaze Childbirth Class

This is a great option for those who can't make a weekend series or prefer a more 1-on-1 setting. Class is divided into 2-3 sessions and approximately 7-9 hours of in-person & hands on education. Get ready for a fun and interactive childbirth education class that will prepare you for an empowered birth experience. This class uses evidence-based research and best practices to help you understand your pregnancy and your body, the physical/emotional aspects of childbirth, coping measures for labor & delivery, making informed decisions, learning your options, resources, and more.
